Paula Dyke

An accomplished and innovative senior marketing manager, Paula Dyke is Senior Manager for Corporate Affairs and Communications for The Jamaica National Group in the United Kingdom.  Her responsibilities include providing communications and marketing support across JN Group in the UK, including The Voice UK newspaper.

She previously worked with the Jamaica National Building Society Representative Office (UK) from 2003 – 2007, where she had responsibility for marketing and community engagement.  She spent the next 12 years working in Senior Marketing roles for Santander UK, the Royal Bank of Scotland and the Financial Conduct Authority.

Paula received a Masters in International Marketing from the South Bank University, London and completed postgraduate diplomas with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and the Institute of Direct & Digital Marketing (IDM) in London and a Public Relations Diploma with the London School of Public Relations.  She completed a Bachelors degree in Marketing, French and Spanish with The University of the West Indies.

Sanya Wallace, Senior Manager – Strategic Planning, Reporting and Marketing at JN Money Services (JNMS), provides general oversight of the JNMS Group Marketing programme across all its territories and leads the annual strategic planning processes, as well as the measurement and reporting of performance against Key Performance Indicators.

She was previously Manager for Planning, Performance Measurement, Reporting & Budgeting and has worked with JN Money Services for more than 10 years.  She started her tenure with the Jamaica National Building Society in 2004 as an HR Project Assistant, and subsequently worked in other positions until her transition to JNMS.

Miss Wallace holds a Masters of Business Administration – General Management from the Mona School of Business, and a Bachelors of Business Administration – Marketing/ Human Resource Management from the University of Technology, Jamaica.
